Solectria Renewables LLC has named Mark Goodreau director of North American sales for utility-scale solutions.

Goodreau has worked in the PV industry since 2006, having held senior management positions with solar equipment manufacturers and project developers. Prior to joining Solectria Renewables, he served as director of sales at Satcon Technology, where he led the expansion of Satcon's commercial and utility-scale business in eastern North America.

Previously, he was president of Gloria Spire Solar, a joint venture between Spire Corp. and Gloria Solar, a Taiwanese module manufacturer.

"Utility-scale solar has quickly become the largest segment of the PV market in North America," notes Phil Vyhanek, president of Solectria Renewables.
