Satcon Technology Corp., a provider of utility-scale power products for the renewable energy market, has finalized a strategic manufacturing agreement with Sanmina-SCI Corp.

Under the terms of this agreement, Sanmina-SCI will manufacture Satcon's PowerGate Plus 50 kW, 100 kW, 250 kW and 500 kW inverters, along with Satcon's Prism Platform products in Ottawa, Ontario.

The manufacturing partnership will allow Satcon to comply with the domestic-content requirements of Ontario's feed-in-tariff program, the company says.
