ESA Renewables has executed a letter of intent (LOI) for a 24 MW PV project in Paradise Park, Jamaica.

Under the LOI, ESA will design, construct, commission, monitor and provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the project. The company will also assist in securing all permits and other legal requirements for the system, as well as conduct all required assessments and related studies for the system as needed.

Caribbean Energies Group LLC will be providing the financing, the array site and the materials to complete the installation. The solar park is slated to be constructed on approximately 100 acres on the west end of the island in Paradise Park.
